The Director of Clinical Services plays a central role on the senior leadership team guiding core clinical and ancillary departments and helping shape the future of care in the community.

This is a role for someone who values connection accountability and steady leadership.

The Services This Role Guides

Oversight includes the Outpatient Clinic Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy Rehabilitation Services Respiratory Therapy Laboratory and Radiology departments.

Approximately 25 direct reports including supervisors and department leaders rely on this position for direction and support. Quality outcomes team engagement and financial performance across these departments all fall within this scope.

It is meaningful responsibility in a setting where the impact is felt every day.
