We are looking for a passionate and driven Key Account Manager to join our growing ManageEngine UK sales this role you will foster strong relationships with key customers across the UK driving business growth by understanding client needs offering tailored solutions and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key customers serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Business Development: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling ManageEngine solutions. Own and exceed sales targets and core KPIs as set by your manager.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets aligned with overall business objectives.
Customer Success: Champion customer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns providing timely support and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends competitor activity and emerging technologies to provide relevant and innovative recommendations to clients.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate contact and opportunity records in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on account status sales pipeline and revenue forecasts for management.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales product and customer support teams to ensure seamless and consistent client experiences.
5 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the IT software or SaaS industry.
Strong understanding of IT management software and enterprise solutions.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management best practices.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Results-driven proactive and customer-focused with a strong sense of ownership.
