Our Front Office Coordinator is the glue that holds it all together! They serve our community with administrative duties and provide above and beyond service that promotes CCMCs core values.
What youll accomplish:
- Provides administrative support to community staff
- Greeting and assisting guests answering phones and directing calls
- Maintaining membership files association website and homeowner portal
- Ensuring vendor insurance and W-9 files are current and organized
- Fulfilling resident information requests
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of mailings and other important correspondence
- Maintaining warranty information for office equipment telephones and computers
- Monitoring the supply of important documents including: new homeowner packets architectural forms traffic and safety forms etc.
- Assisting with community meetings and activities as required
- Maintaining a clean and inviting environment
What were looking for:
- Experience with HOA operations preferred
- A dynamic individual with a strong sense of organization attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Outgoing with a professional personality
- Must work well independently and within a group
- Excellent people skills with a commitment to customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Computer skills that include a strong working knowledge of MS Office programs
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
If driving is or becomes a requirement of the role it is required at all times that you hold a valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving maintain a clean motor vehicle report and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
The physical requirements can vary but generally they may include:
- Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
- Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
- Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology including computers and mobile devices.
- Driving: Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions. (Please note: We will request and review an MVR at the time of hire and on a periodic basis thereafter to ensure that employees maintain a satisfactory driving status.)
