Isenhour Door Products a growing leader in the commercial door and hardware industry is looking for a Director of Installation to drive our field operations across Middle Tennessee.
Youll Lead multiple installation teams partner with the team on Training and ensure every project is delivered with focuses on safety precision quality.
Were looking for a hands-on leader who develops people refines processes and builds scalable performance all within a culture of trust and professionalism.
What Youll Do:
- Align field operations with Project Management and Shop Operations
- Strengthen subcontractor and installation partner relationships
- Monitor KPIs (labor hours punch rates profitability) to drive results
- Serve as final escalation point for field performance problem solving and safety
What You Bring.
- 3-5 years leading installation or construction operations
- Proven ability to lead through others and hold teams accountable
- Experience managing both field and office-based functions
- Strong communication collaboration and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management tools (e.g. Fieldwire Comsense MS Project)
- Construction experience (doors frames hardware) strongly preferred but not required
- OSHA 30 or similar safety certification a plus
