About the Role
Corporate Hiring Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale Public Safety and amp; Emergency Management (PSEM) initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with project leadership to manage enterprise monitoring systems and coordinate across engineering operations and business teams.
This is a high-impact role supporting mission-critical systems that ensure operational readiness monitoring and alerting for public safety infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise monitoring and emergency management systems
- Gather and translate technical requirements into system design and implementation plans
- Design and oversee enterprise monitoring solutions including alerting and performance tracking
- Develop technical diagrams (Visio/CAD) bill of materials and system specifications
- Coordinate hardware/software design and ensure system performance scalability and reliability
- Manage project schedules deliverables and validation processes (testing fault tolerance readiness)
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders engineering teams and vendors
- Oversee cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
- Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies governance and compliance standards
- Monitor budgets risks and project performance metrics
- Lead project documentation reporting and executive-level updates
- Manage project closeout knowledge transfer and transition to support teams
- Support continuous improvement aligned with PMBOK standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
- 8 years of experience in:
- Project Management (medium to large-scale projects)
- Public Safety / Emergency Management / Event Management
Strong understanding of:
- Enterprise Monitoring and amp; IT Service Management tools
- IT Infrastructure (OS databases networks data delivery)
- Operations environments (Service Desk Help Desk Data Centers)
- Experience with system design monitoring and automation tools
- Proven leadership in enterprise-level technical environments
- Proficiency in:
- MS Project Visio Word PowerPoint
- Strong experience in:
- Project planning scheduling and dependency management
- Stakeholder communication and risk management
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification
- Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers
- Experience working in large-scale emergency services or government environments
