JOB TITLE:
UWE Office Aide
JOB PURPOSE:
Provide office support to Administration Team Associate Directors and the Director of Extension.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering phone calls and routing appropriately
- Scanning files for appropriate retention
- Identifying historical documents for retention
- Data entry and record keeping
- Other tasks may include pick up of orders in town or on campus delivery of documents on campus scheduling conference rooms copying shredding and customer service
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Individuals who have participated in 4-H or another Extension Program are preferred.
