Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Senior Medical Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our medical office clients in the Blaine MN this role you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple medical offices ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administrative operations of multiple medical offices remotely
- Manage and train administrative staff at each location
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve office operations
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations and company policies
- Manage patient scheduling and ensure timely and accurate billing and coding
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with the companys leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and success
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical office management
- Strong knowledge of medical billing and coding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Contract Details:
This is a part-time remote position with flexible hours. The contract will be for an initial period of 6 months with the potential for extension based on performance.
