Position: Office Administrator (Contractor)

This position will be based in our Los Angeles CA office.
Contract Details:
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Job Description:
As an Office Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office including answering phone calls responding to emails and handling mail and packages
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment and ordering new supplies as needed
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports for team members
- Maintaining office records and filing systems
- Assisting with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
