Contract Details:
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Job Description:
As an Office Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the office including answering phone calls responding to emails and handling mail and packages
Maintaining office supplies and equipment and ordering new supplies as needed
Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments
Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports for team members
Maintaining office records and filing systems
Assisting with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
