Your Mission
As the Center Manager you are the CEO of your shop. Youll be the bridge between our talented technicians and our valued customers.
- Lead with Impact:Coach your team to peak performance holding them accountable to high standards of quality and productivity.
- Master the Metrics:Use the DRIVE model to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like ARO (Average Repair Order) car count and technician efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table
- Experience:3 years of Management experience and retail sales background.
- Education:Minimum of an Associates Degree or equivalent.
- Skills:Advanced proficiency with PCs (Microsoft Office Suite) and a valid operators license.
- Mindset:You can read and interpret financial data but you also know how to treat people with professional warmth.
- Automotive industry experience is preferred butnot requiredwe value great leadership above all!
