Job Description
STAGE 6 mois
vous intégrerez au sein de la DRH le Service Administration du Personnel composé dune Gestionnaire Ressources Humaines et une apprentie. Vous travaillerez en binôme avec la GRH pour assurer la gestion administrative et opérationnelle des activités Ressources Humaines.
Ainsi vous interviendrez lors des différents moments de la vie professionnelle et personnelle des collaborateurs (embauche mobilité naissance départ) et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec léquipe des RRH et léquipe Paie.
Plus précisément vos missions seront notamment les suivantes :
Réalisation de formalités dembauche (récupération des pièces constitutives des dossiers du personnel saisie des DPAE élaboration des contrats de travail) ;
Accomplissement de formalités liées à tout type de congés (naissance parental maternité) ;
Support dans la réalisation de formalités de départ ;
Tenue et mise à jour des dossiers numériques du personnel ;
Suivi administratif des conventions de stage et contrats dalternance.
Suivi et mise à jour du tableau de reporting de paie
Divers projets transverses

Niveau Bac2 min avec une spécialisation en Ressources Humaines ou équivalent
