Position Summary
As a Senior Analyst you will play a key role in a diverse international team contributing to highimpact global initiatives within the Procurement function.
You will be responsible for driving performance and improving organizational efficiency through critical projects that rotate every 6 to 12 months. This role offers broad exposure across categories and business areas providing continuous learning opportunities and strong professional development.

A day in a life of a Senior Analyst within our Procurement Acceleration Team
- Co-lead global strategic projects for spend categories (raw materials packaging technical or services) or business units across Nestlé.
- Define and manage project plans timelines and governance structures for complex global projects.
- Develop analytical solutions to identify opportunities for increased cost efficiencies supply assurance and sustainability improvement.
- Support the implementation of business solutions and measure their impact on the organization.
- Cultivate relationships and effectively communicate project updates to diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
What makes you successful
- University degree in Procurement Business Administration Supply Chain Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in procurement (category management preferred) consulting business analytics or project management.
- Proven success delivering high impact projects in multinational environments with operational complexities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office with intermediate / advanced abilities in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional project teams.
- Proficient in English; multi-lingual abilities are advantageous.
