As an R&Dproject manager apprentice you will develop luxury makeup for Gucciand BurberryBeauty gaining hands-on experience in an innovative and international environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our R&D Project Management Apprentice yourmain focusis product development coordination andinnovation.

You will support the R&D team in managing the development of innovative luxury makeup products ensuring compliance with quality performance and brand standards.

Yourmain focus:

• Coordinate product development with internal and externalstakeholders ensuring project timelines are met.

• Support shade extensions and limited editions development.

• Supportbasebusiness on reformulation projects.

• Follow up on stability andclaimstests in collaboration with labs.

• Analyse formula submissions and technical reports to ensure compliance with Cotys standards.

• Support the preparation of documentation for internal validation and regulatoryrequirement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing Packaging Regulatory) to align on productobjectives.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to manage projects and collaborate with experts to bring innovative beauty products to life. As an aspiring project manager you are detail-oriented proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Other than that you:

• Have ascientific or engineering backgroundin Cosmetics Chemistry or a related field.

• Possessstrong organizational skills able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Areanalytical and rigorous ensuring the highest product quality and performance.

• Haveexcellent communicationskillsfacilitatingcollaboration with diverse teams.

• Arepassionateabout cosmetic products and trends.

• Arefluentin English and/or French (both are a plus for international interactions).
