Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive communicative and curious JuniorSAPSuccessFactors Consultant to join our GlobalSAPSuccessFactors Consulting team in Denmark with a focus on the Employee Central (EC) module-SAP SuccessFactors core HR system used to manage employee data organizational structures and key HR processes.

In this roleyoullgain hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors cloud-based solutions while contributing to both local and international implementation projects. From day oneyoullbe part of a collaborative team learning how to configure implement and support the Employee Central module.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strong willingness to develop professionally and pursue SAP SuccessFactors certifications
  • Support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module configuration and customization
  • Contribute to prepare the documentation for end-users
  • Assist in addressing day-to-day challenges by evaluating potential solutions and offering recommendations
  • Stay updated on SuccessFactors releases and best practices

Your Experience and Skills

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a structured team-oriented environment
  • Native Danish speaker with professional proficiency in English both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrate responsibility and reliability
  • Commitment and determination in problem-solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
