Job Summary
THE ROLE
Providing dedicated support to our Customer Success Managers and Retention Specialists
Packaging credit applications for submission
Providing a high level of customer service
Assisting with client and broker communication documentation requests and document verification
Working closely with internal stakeholders to support loan applications in line with customer needs & Lumi policy
Taking inbound broker or customer phone calls
Assisting with administrative tasks including ID verification and KYC checks
Outbound activities to increase Line of Credit (LOC) review volume
Qualifications :
THIS PERSON IS SOMEONE WITH
Sales or sales support experience in B2B (highly desirable)
Business lending fintech or financial services experience (highly desirable)
Excellent communicator both written and verbal
Ability to multitask maintain a swiftly moving pipeline and has great attention to detail
Ability to develop strong working relationships both internally with colleagues and externally with new business and existing customers
Commercially minded
Curious positive and self-starting - Learn to Grow mindset
