Team Overview
Our Research & Development (R&D) team is the technical talent at the heart of our product suite overseeing the product development lifecycle from concept to delivery. From engineering to quality assurance to data science the R&D team ensures our customers seamlessly use our products and can depend on their consistency.
Responsibilities
Description
The Software Engineering team is a group of full stack developers who design develop and maintain our products tools and infrastructure.
Your day-to-day job will consist of:
- Design develop and maintain high-performance web applications technologies.
- Develop test and deploy scalable and secure web applications.
- Write clean scalable and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Develop and maintain APIs microservices and integrations with third-party services.
- Lead and mentor junior developers conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
- Review and optimize existing code to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Stay updated with the technologies and industry trends.
- Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and Design Patterns.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Implement unit testing integration testing and automated testing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and data protection policies.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Excellent ability to handle a heavy workload with multiple projects and frequent interruptions
- Experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science or Information Technologies Engineering required or equivalent experience;
- 6 years experience in software engineer role.
- Expertise in C# Core MVC Web API and Entity Framework.
- Strong front-end development skills in React/ JavaScript HTML5 CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines Git and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth JWT Identity Server.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA Confluence.
- Excellent ability to work in a changing dynamic environment
- Ability to provide accurate and reliable estimate
- Willingness to work in a fast paced environment.
