Job Summary
As a Custom Software Engineer a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing coding and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working closely with team members to apply modern development frameworks and agile methodologies ensuring that the software delivered is scalable efficient and aligned with the unique requirements of the business. This position demands continuous collaboration and innovation to meet evolving project goals and maintain high performance standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools to ensure software quality and reliability.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to design and execute automated test scripts for functional regression and performance testing. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to streamline testing workflows. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing
