Job Summary
As a Custom Software Engineer a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. The role includes coding and refining various components within systems or applications ensuring they perform efficiently and scale effectively. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is integral as is adapting to evolving project needs through agile methodologies. The position demands a focus on delivering high-quality software that aligns with organizational goals while continuously improving existing functionalities and exploring innovative approaches to problem-solving.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills: -
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MVC Investment Banking C# Programming Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to write clean efficient and well-documented code.
- Familiarity with debugging testing and performance tuning of web applications.
- Understanding of database design and integration with web applications.
Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in MVC.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
