Within the Urban Infrastructure team as a Team lead:
Your responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians and implement methods and procedures in accordance with corporate standards;
- Collaborate with other Urban Infrastructure managers to ensure effective project team coordination;
- Maintain client relationships in order to achieve the companys financial objectives;
- Analyze client requirements in order to prepare competitive service proposals;
- Ensure the quality of services delivered in line with client needs;
- Lead projects from proposal preparation through to project delivery;
- Supervise all municipal infrastructure activities across the sectors projects;
- Ensure compliance with budgets and schedules for all projects;
- Provide technical guidance to the Infrastructure team regarding standards codes methods and best practices related to plans drawings and technical specifications.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering;
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) (an asset);
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in municipal infrastructure;
- Experience in the design and supervision of infrastructure construction projects;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software (an asset);
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel etc.);
- Knowledge of the following software: PCSWMM (an asset);
- Positive attitude strong interpersonal skills and good team spirit;
- Proficiency in English (French an asset).
