Within the Urban Infrastructure team as a Project Manager:
Your responsibilities
- Prepare plans for municipal infrastructure projects;
- Draft technical specifications and cost estimate schedules;
- Prepare calculation notes;
- Participate in the development of project calendars and timelines;
- Contribute to drainage studies and hydraulic studies;
- Carry out the design (sizing of sewer and water supply networks retention structures grading plans street profiles and templates) using AutoCAD Civil 3D based on preliminary concepts estimates and calculations;
- Review drawings and plans to ensure their accuracy and compliance with project requirements;
- Manage construction projects from the office (contractual clauses site supervision payment certificates change management approvals etc.);
- Participate in the preparation of submissions service offers and contracts.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering or Civil Engineering;
- Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ) (an asset);
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in municipal infrastructure;
- Experience in design and construction site supervision;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (an asset);
- Knowledge of PCSWMM software (an asset);
- Proficiency in English (French an asset).
