As the Assistant Property Manager you will help ensure the community operates efficiently while providing excellent service to residents and prospects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with daily property operations and administrative functions.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents prospects vendors and team members
- Manage accounts receivable and delinquency follow-up
- Process resident payments and maintain accurate resident ledgers
- Prepare and make daily bank deposits
- Coordinate and send delinquency notices collection letters and NDF notices
- Support leasing efforts including responding to inquiries and assisting prospective residents
- Maintain accurate lease files and update resident information in the property management system
- Support property reporting documentation and compliance requirements

Qualifications :
Successful candidates will have:
- 1-3 years of multifamily property management experience preferred
- Experience with accounts receivable collections and resident ledger management
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with property management software and basic computer skills
