The Legal Secretary supports attorneys by managing administrative tasks ensuring efficient office operations and facilitating the smooth execution of legal processes. It operates on-site from our offices in Rosebank.
Key responsibilities:
- Quality and accuracy of created legal documents.
- Diary management.
- Correspondence and file systems.
- Record management.
- Client communication and court preparation.
- Drafting formatting and proofreading legal documents.
- Attending to instructions from Attorneys and Paralegals
- Scheduling meetings managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Managing correspondence and legal document filing systems.
- Assisting with client communication and preparation for meetings or court appearances.
- Supporting the preparation of case briefs legal research and document management.

- Proficient with MS Office and legal software.
