Job Summary
We are looking for a Operations Financial Analyst to join our Inetum Team and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation!
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Leads all budgeting and forecasting processes for Operations management.
- Maintains and assures alignment of referential data with the Operations structure.
- Monitors and analyzes monthly headcount and expense reports comparing actuals to forecasts and budgets.
- Oversees the annual allocation key exercises manages the reinvoicing process collaborates with other teams to define and verify monthly accruals and provides critical information and analysis to assist the Senior Management in decision-making.
Qualifications :
Profile:
- Academic background in Business Administration Economics Finance or similar
- 1 year in Banking Services or Operations experience
- Proficiency in MS Office specially Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Driven to team work
- Fluency in English (mandatory)

(Hybrid work with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
