Job Summary
- Lead end-to-end project management of ELV scopes within data center construction or upgrade projects.
- Develop and manage project schedules milestones deliverables and budgets.
- Coordinate with consultants contractors vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Prepare project documentation including progress reports method statements risk assessments and handover packages.
- Oversee design reviews system integration and compliance for all ELV systems (BMS CCTV ACS FAS PA structured cabling monitoring systems).
- Ensure adherence to international and local data center standards (e.g. TIA-942 Uptime Institute ISO/IEC standards).
- Evaluate technical submissions shop drawings and engineering designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site during installation and commissioning.
- Ensure all ELV installations meet regulatory requirements industry best practices and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections quality checks and acceptance tests (FAT SAT IST).
- Lead risk assessments and enforce compliance with HSE policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ELV-related project matters.
- Manage client expectations and provide technical guidance throughout project phases.
- Liaise with procurement teams for vendor evaluation material selection and technical approvals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in ELV project management preferably within data center critical infrastructure or industrial environments.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale ELV installations and system integrations.
