Lead the end-to-end delivery of tech-driven projects for the SMB segment
Glovo works with over 114000 SMB partners. The role focuses on shifting from manual high-touch processes to tech-led scalable retention models. The primary objective is the end-to-end implementation of projects designed to prevent churn automate partner communication and equip 150 Account Managers with advanced tools.
Salesforce AM Console & Tool Adoption
Drive the end-to-end Go-to-Market strategy for the Salesforce Console ensuring high adoption rates and effective tool utilization across all markets.
Development of prioritization logic by collaborating with Product teams to embed churn-prevention triggers helping AMs focus on the right accounts and the most impactful actions.
Tracking and adoption monitoring through the design of dashboards to ensure the console drives retention KPIs across 22 countries.
AI-Driven Partner Communication & Automation
Automation of communication flows leading the transition from manual outreach to standardized AI-driven partner journeys.
Implementation of AI solutions in coordination with Product teams to deploy AI agents that support partners 24/7 reducing the operational burden on local teams.
Ensure every automated touchpoint maintains a high standard of partner experience across diverse markets.
Operational Excellence
Support the Go-to-Market for different HQ initiatives and projects providing local teams with the necessary processes to work efficiently.
Design and maintain reporting structures that give visibility into AM performance enabling local leads to identify coaching opportunities and drive overall business efficiency.
Provide SMB Team Leads with advanced auditing tools and frameworks to monitor team activities and ensure high-quality partner management.
Establish standardized auditing processes to measure individual and team performance ensuring alignment with productivity benchmarks.
Lead the definition and regular calibration of team targets ensuring they are challenging yet achievable and data-backed across different markets.
Qualifications :
Fluent English (written and spoken) required for daily work with global HQ and regional stakeholders
Excellent project management skills. Demonstrate end-to-end project ownership from initial scoping to final delivery with the resilience to manage multiple high-stakes priorities in a fast-paced global environment
Ability to build and implement robust processes from scratch to solve complex operational challenges and enhance overall team dynamics
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to define priorities and measure impact
Nice to haves
Hands-on experience with SQL Excel or Looker to extract insights and drive data-informed decision
Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable operating models across diverse multi-market environments
Experience working with Account Management organizations at scale
