Job Summary
NielsenIQ is seeking a Full Stack BI Engineer (Mid Level) to join our global Business Intelligence and Data Management team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building endtoend BI solutionsfrom data capture using Power Apps to transforming data in Azure and delivering insights via Power BI.
Youll work closely with a highly skilled international team (Europe LATAM) and contribute to global BI initiatives used across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain endtoend Business Intelligence solutions.
- Build and optimize Power Apps (Canvas Apps) for internal data collection and workflows.
- Develop robust data models DAX measures and Power Query M transformations in Power BI.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and work with Azure Synapse.
- Collaborate closely within Agile frameworks (sprints scrum) to deliver highquality solutions.
- Support and enhance existing BI products ensuring high performance and strong user experience.
- Conduct peer code reviews to maintain technical quality and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects reported by BI solution users.
- Continuously expand technical skills to ensure efficient and scalable solution development.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in BI Data or Microsoftbased development roles.
- Professional experience with:
- Power BI (data modeling DAX Power Query M)
- SQL / TSQL and SQL Server
- Power Apps (Canvas Apps)
- Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse
- Understanding of Data Lakes and Data Warehouse design.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- English level: B2 or higher.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work methodically in structured processes.

- Experience building fullstack solutions within Microsoft ecosystems.
- Prior experience in BI analytics or technology consulting environments.
Additional Information :
- 100% Remote
- You may live anywhere in Colombia but employment will be registered under Bogotá.
