Werelooking for anexperiencedExecutiveAssistant to support our CEOand this newly created rolebased out of our SydneyCBDofficeyou will be joining a high growth scaling organisationwith ambitious intentionalgrowth plans.

You will act as a trusted right hand ensuring our leaders canoperateat their highest organisation discretion and the ability toanticipateneeds before they arise.

This role is perfect for someone who takes real pride in organisation confidently navigates multiple stakeholders with different working styles and genuinely thrives in a fast paced ever evolving environment. Drawing on years of experience across a variety of senior support roles you understand what excellence looks like at C-suite level anticipatingneeds staying three steps ahead and bringing calmstructureand precision to every interaction.

Responsibilities

Managechanging diaries and keep priorities moving
Seamlessly coordinate travel and build detailed itineraries
Own expense management
Confidently manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Draft sharp professional correspondence on behalf of the executive team
Act asacentral connector betweenleadership teamand the broader business ensuring alignment and momentum
Partner with the Office Manager to deliver seamless internal events and leadership meetings
Jump into ad hoc projects and initiatives that keep the office running smoothly

What youll bring

Experience in highgrowth scaling businessesishighly regarded
