Job Summary
Our Outside School Hours Care service Helping Hands Ormistonis looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinatorto assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is apermanent part-timeopportunity offering20 hours per weekto assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.
Youll work split shifts supporting our Monday-Friday hours: 6:30am-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:00pm-6:00pm (Stay and Play). Plus working block shifts 6:30am-6:00pm during school holidays!

- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM sport cooking art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
- Foster healthy relationships with children the school community and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Qualifications :
We can teach you about the job and sector but a few basics you need to have:
- Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
- Has Australian work rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
- Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
