The Position
As part of our finance team and reporting to the Finance Manager you will support day-to-day accounts payable functions. This includes managing the shared finance inbox processing invoices and responding to queries from creditors and other stakeholders.
You will work closely with various departments and external contacts to assist with financial information requests while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records. There will also be opportunities to contribute to a range of ad hoc finance tasks as needed.
This is a casual position offering minimum of 10 hours per fortnight with flexible scheduling across weekdays. It is well suited to someone seeking flexible work that can be balanced around study or other life commitments.

About You
To be successful in the role you must have clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organisation. We are looking for an individual who learns quickly is proactive and has a strong attention to detail.
A basic understanding of accounting principles is desirable making this an ideal opportunity for students studying accounting finance or other business-related fields. Previous experience in accounts or data entry is advantageous but not required.
Successful applicants will be required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement and either hold or obtain a Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP).
