Senior Program Manager
About the opportunity
As part of the Enterprise Project Management Practice Team the Senior Program Manager will partner with the Data and Analytics Division WSV Executive leaders and Strategic Delivery stakeholders to plan and execute on a high profile program of work that supports delivery of WorkSafe Data and Analytics strategy.
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the planning managing and leading of strategic programs of work for WorkSafe Victoria. You will help set the purpose and direction of the program and will support various work stream leads Project Managers and Directors in the execution of their plans roles and responsibilities.
Working closely with the program sponsor and relevant directors you will be responsible for establishing the program management structures through the program management lifecycle and managing the program to agreed delivery obligations of schedule budget scope quality and risk. You will ensure the linkages between the delivery of the program and the outcomes it will deliver.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a key contribution to the delivery of WorkSafes Data and Analytics strategy involving a longer term program of work that presents truly meaningful work that will positively impact the Victorian community.

About you
You will have extensive program leadership experience leading and driving high profile technology programs within large and complex organisations. Ideally this will include Data and Analytics programs.
You will be an outcomes focused Program Manager who is resilient along with having the skills to lead and champion the program with diverse stakeholders in addition to your ability to influence Executive and Director level stakeholders.
In addition you will have the ability to strongly adhere to professional standards and WorkSafes values whilst remaining committed to the successfully delivery of key objectives.
