German-Speaking Customer Service Consultant
Umhlanga Durban On-Site Start Date: April or later

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone email and chat
Assist with online orders deliveries and general enquiries
Deliver professional service in German and English
Work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment

Requirements

German proficiency B2C2 (spoken & written)
Good command of English
Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
Customer service or call centre experience (retail advantageous)
Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts including weekends
