About the Role

Join an international customer support team for the Ascendi project based in Porto. You will provide professional support to Polish-speaking customers ensuring high-quality service accurate solutions and efficient issue resolution. Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support via phone and email

  • Assist customers with service-related inquiries and case resolution

  • Deliver accurate solution-oriented assistance

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently

  • Follow internal processes and quality standards

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Polish

  • Good command of English (B2 level minimum)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

  • Adaptability to different tools and digital systems

Work Schedule

  • 40-hour work week

  • 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday (rotational shifts may apply)
