Appplication Production Support
Job Summary
The candidate will play a key role in handling incidents service requests and application support activities working in shifts and participating in oncall rotations. This role also involves contributing to service improvement initiatives and supporting the Disaster Recovery (DR) and live production activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core banking operations solid troubleshooting capabilities and previous experience providing L1/L2 application support in a banking environment. Technical expertise in Linux PL/SQL Dynatrace Kubernetes Docker and Ansible is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production application support for WM IT Data platform applications and tools
- Deliver highquality service by prioritizing troubleshooting and resolving issues raised by business teams
- Analyze system middleware and application logs to identify and diagnose potential issues
- Ensure effective service monitoring reporting and continuous improvement of service quality and availability
- Actively contribute to Continuous Service Improvement initiatives ensuring recurring issues and repetitive tasks are addressed through problem management or automation
Qualifications :
- Unix and Shell Scripting
- Data Warehouse Data Platforms Database Oracle PL-SQL & SQL
- Autosys and Middleware like MQ Tomcat
- Cloud computing Dynatrace K8 Docker and Ansible
- Reporting tools like PowerBI/Tableau
- ITIL Practices
- English Good level B2
