Job Summary
Our client a leading award winning conglomerate is hiring a Hong Kong qualified Legal Counsel to join its legal team based in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on commercial contracts including contract management and reviewing risk assessment
- Advise on property and land rights and ownership property management and all property related matters and ensuring compliance with land permits and grants and other regulatory matters
- Advise on property related claims and disputes involving land and property and negotiate and mediate any disputed matters
- Ensure regulatory and internal compliance
Qualifications
- Hong Kong qualified with 7 PQE with at least 4 years of land and property matters in Hong Kong
- Commercial regulatory and compliance issues experience
- In-House experience with a leading corporation would be advantageous
- Solid drafting skills in both English and Chinese is essential
- Leadership experience with curiosity to learn and apply new legal technology developments is preferred
