Job Overview: As a Passenger Service Executive / Airport Ground Staff you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to airline passengers at Thiruvananthapuram International Airport. Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in boarding and baggage handling as well as providing information and assistance to passengers throughout their travel journey. Key Responsibilities: - Greet passengers and assist them with check-in procedures - Ensure timely and efficient boarding of passengers - Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules delays and other relevant information - Assist passengers with baggage check-in and handling - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Handle any passenger complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times - Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus) - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearances.
