Key Responsibilities

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner

Provide accurate information about products services and company policies

Process orders returns refunds and account updates

Document customer interactions in CRM systems

Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

Follow company procedures and service standards

Maintain customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)

Previous customer service experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools

Reliable attendance and punctuality
