The Role
As a Delivery Partner youll act as the operational backbone of our Public Sector practice - connecting Sales Talent Acquisition HR Commercial and Vetting teams to ensure seamless talent pipelines smooth placements and excellent client delivery.
Youll play a visible hands-on role supporting demand forecasting candidate readiness client engagement and operational governance.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Pipeline Management
- Partner with Talent and Marketing to maintain a strong flow of qualified candidates.
- Support publicsectorfocused messaging events and attraction campaigns.
- Monitor diversity location mix and capability fit against forecast demand.
- Identify and mitigate risks impacting candidate readiness or delivery timelines.
Placement Execution & Delivery
- Coordinate role briefs candidate submissions interviews feedback and start dates.
- Act as the central link between Sales Talent and Attraction teams.
- Improve the speed and accuracy of the endtoend placement process.
Client Management
- Support client engagement by coordinating interview and performance feedback.
- Attend requirementgathering calls to understand upcoming opportunities and risks.
Compliance & Operational Governance
- Maintain accurate CRM records utilisation tracking and contract updates.
- Keep reporting dashboards up to date across the Public Sector practice.
- Track vetting pipelines and flag risks early.
- Lead process improvements across Talent L&D Sales and Delivery.
- Monitor KPIs such as timetoplace acceptance rates and vetting durations.

Youre organised proactive and thrive in a fast-moving coordination-heavy role. Youre confident working with multiple stakeholders and comfortable handling operational detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience in recruitment resource management delivery operations or PMO.
- Strong organisational skills able to manage multiple workstreams.
- Excellent stakeholder management across internal teams and clients.
- Good understanding of CRM systems and operational workflows.
- Problemsolving mindset with comfort in a scaling environment.
Desirable
- Experience in consulting talent recruitment or people-delivery environments.
- Familiarity with SOWs MSAs frameworks or commercial documentation.
