WhatYoullBe Doing

As a PeopleBusinessPartneryoullplay a key role in creating a highperforming inclusive and valuesled working environment.
You will:

  • Provideexpert HR advice on employee relations organisational change wellbeinginclusionand performance

  • Work closely with leaders and the People & Culture team to deliver people plans aligned with Goldings strategy

  • Contribute to people projects policydevelopmentand dataled insights

  • Act as a trusted partner and critical friend to senior colleagues

More About You

You will be:

  • CIPDqualifiedlevel 5 or more(or equivalent) with experience in a senior advisoryandbusiness partnering roles

  • Skilled in managing complex employee relations and advising confidently at senior level

  • Knowledgeable in employment law people policy and modern approaches to engagement and inclusion

  • A strong communicator resilientcollaborativeand comfortable handling competing priorities

  • Valuesled peoplefocused and motivated to help colleagues and culture thrive

When and Where Youll Be Doing It

  • 37hour week

  • Salary circa 50000 depending on experience

  • Flexible hybrid working

  • Collaboration time in ourbright modern Maidstone office designed for connection and creativity
