About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and proactive individuals to join our mission as Senior Associate. As a Senior Associate you will support the State Manager in driving the effective implementation of the program across designated districts while directly overseeing and managing a team of Swift Bharat Fellows. This role involves ensuring program fidelity smooth field operations data management stakeholder engagement and team supervision to enhance learning outcomes through tech-enabled programs in government schools.

This opportunity is ideal for those passionate about scaling education transformation through technology with a focus on monitoring capacity building team leadership and data driven decision making at a supervisory level.

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee the rollout of program components in assigned schools through the team of Swift Bharat Fellows in their respective geographies.
Ensure adherence to implementation timelines and quality benchmarks across the team and schools.
Conduct periodic school visits to monitor SwiftPAL usage and data backed decision making.
Track SwiftPAL usage data student progress and classroom engagement through program dashboards.
Prepare weekly and monthly plans and reports for review including oversight of fellows reporting.
Assist in onboarding and training Swift Bharat Fellows providing ongoing supervision and performance guidance.
Conduct field coaching sessions for tech adoption PAL troubleshooting and IFP pedagogy to support and develop the fellows.
Liaise with CRCs BRCs and school HMs to maintain smooth program flow.
Represent the program in block cluster and district level review meetings.
Proactively document case studies of best practices and success stories.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:

Technology Orientation: Proficiency in using learning management platforms data dashboards and tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting.

Interest in Learning Pedagogy: Strong understanding of how technology enhances student outcomes and program implementation.

Strong Observation and Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor field activities analyze data trends and translate them into actionable insights.

Effective Communication: Fluency in spoken and written local language is essential.

Leadership and Mentoring Mindset: Experience in leading and mentoring teams including supervising fellows supporting their development and fostering program adoption.

Negotiation and Relationship Building: Expertise in engaging with multiple stakeholders at grassroots block and district levels.

Eligibility Criteria:

A Bachelors degree in any discipline is mandatory.

34 years of experience in education program management or field implementation required.

Basic digital literacy and access to a personal computer.

Candidates with a personal tranport preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in Education Management or related field.

Professional educational degree such as . . or .

Proficiency in English/ Hindi and local language (Read Write and Speak).

Prior experience in supervisory roles working with teachers students and officials in government schools or EdTech programs including managing field teams.
