EY-Consulting - Automation Testing-Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Test Automation team providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
• Lead the automation practice driving its growth and evolution to meet changing business needs.
• Cultivate and develop client relationships to enhance engagement and foster long-term partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for business growth by providing innovative solutions and expanding service offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development product management and operations to integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle.
• Oversee the design development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies to enhance automation capabilities.
• Monitor and report on testing progress results and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
• Play an architect role in designing scalable and efficient automation frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• 15 years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on test automation.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in test automation tools (e.g. Selenium Appium TestNG JUnit) and frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java Python or C#.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g. Jenkins Git).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
