メガバンクを中心とした弊社の銀行系プロジェクトのビジネスコンサルタントとしてプロジェクトマネジメント戦略策定プロジェクト実行計画策定などのクライアントの支援を行います

- アカウントマネジメント
- プロジェクトマネジメント進捗管理課題管理リスク管理など
- ステアリングコミッティ向け報告
- プロジェクト戦略策定
- 実行計画策定PoC要件定義テスト移行研修など
- クライアントおよび弊社海外拠点とのリエゾン
Key Requirements
必要なスキルと経験
- システム関連プロジェクト経験開発PMO問わず1年以上
- マネジメント向け報告資料の作成経験
- 英語での海外ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション経験
望ましいスキルと経験
- システム開発プロジェクトにおける要件定義からテスト移行リリースまでの一連の経験
- ステークホルダーが50名超の規模でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験
- 英語での会議ファシリテーションWorkshopの運営
- 銀行業務経験もしくは銀行プロジェクト経験
