Job Summary

Job Description.

Program & Project Management

Own delivery from requirements design build testing go-live
Drive cross-functional alignment across:

- IT / Engineering
- Supply Chain / Operations
- External partners (customers integrators vendors)

Manage timelines risks dependencies and stakeholder communication

Process Design & Optimization

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Standardize workflows for high-volume customers and partners
Ensure solutions are scalable reliable and production-ready

Required Qualifications

7 12 years experience in:

- EDI integration (ASN logistics supply chain transactions)
- API integration (REST/SOAP system-to-system automation)

Strong understanding of:

- supply chain / RMA processes
- warehouse & logistics operations

Experience integrating systems such as:

- ERP (SAP preferred)
- CRM (Salesforce preferred)

Proven ability to deliver end-to-end implementations in complex environments
Strong stakeholder management and execution skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Auto RMA / reverse logistics workflows
Familiarity with EDI standards (X12 EDIFACT)
Experience with middleware / integration platforms (MuleSoft Boomi etc.)
Background in hardware manufacturing or tech supply chain
