MOGEL is partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare technology organization in the East Valley to hire Billing Specialists focused on claims denials and payer follow-up.

If you have experience working denied claims and enjoy solving complex billing issues this is an opportunity to join a stable performance-driven revenue cycle team.

What Youll Be Doing

Submit and rebill insurance claims
Work denials and rejections to resolution
Research payer guidelines and billing discrepancies
Update EMR demographics and patient information
Meet departmental productivity and quality metrics

This is a back-end revenue cycle role strong attention to detail and claims knowledge are key.

Schedule & Flexibility

MondayFriday
Consistent 8-hour shift (start time between 7:00 AM 6:00 PM)
Onsite: MondayWednesday & Friday
Remote: Thursdays

Schedule remains consistent once selected.

Ideal Background

Healthcare billing / claims experience preferred
Experience with denials adjustments remittance research
Knowledge of payer workflows
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Professional detail-oriented and metrics-driven

Nice to have: Multi-state billing experience (CA OR SC GA OK)
