Technical BA

LOCATION

Onsite 4x a week in Ann Arbor - EST time zone. Remote on Fridays.

Technical BA

This is a complex ecosystem with a broad catalog of technologies. Exposure to diverse technical environments is highly valued.

Developers across teams work with:

.NET

JavaScript

Java

Swift

Mobile application development

Multiple databases

Cloud technologies

Integrated data science workflows within Scrum teams

Experience working in environments with wide-ranging tech stacks is strongly preferred.

Strong Technical Business Analyst experience (not a Project Manager profile)

Ability to read technical documentation and speak developer language

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Strong collaboration skills across engineering and product teams

Ability to break down high-level requirements into actionable development tickets

Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Self-starter who proactively drives solutions

Preferred

Experience in startup environments or highly innovative teams

Exposure to retail or restaurant technology (not required)

Experience in large complex technical ecosystems

Automotive supplier experience is acceptable
