What youll lead
Shape the L&D strategy behind major transformation programmes.
Embed learning into change to drive clarity and engagement.
Design bold learning solutions that fuel performance and innovation.
Coach leaders to champion and rolemodel change.
Use data and insight to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
Optical sector experience
Strong L&D expertise and experience in transformation.
Excellent stakeholder influence and relationshipbuilding.
A balance of strategic thinking and handson delivery.
CIPD Level 5 desirable; regulatedenvironment experience advantageous.
