Your Role as Childrens Strategic Transformation and Commissioning Manager:
Lead major transformation programmes aligned to strategic priorities and local needs
Develop and deliver commissioning strategies and full commissioning cycles (specifications procurement & contract management)
Undertake needs assessments & gap analyses to drive evidencebased decisions
Drive market shaping & provider development to ensure highquality sustainable services
Lead multiagency relational commissioning approaches fostering trustbased partnerships and coproduction
Your Experience as a Childrens Strategic Transformation and Commissioning Manager:
Strong background in strategic planning programme leadership and performance monitoring
Proven ability to embed participation and feedback mechanisms involving children young people and families
Skilled in governance reporting compliance and safeguarding requirements
Experienced delivering service redesign innovation and continuous improvement
Proven capability to lead service reviews and transformation projects delivering improved quality efficiency and outcomes
