Consulting Manager Supply Chain

Our Supply Chain practice are looking for an experienced Manager to join the team.

Our Supply Chain team partners with some of the most influentialprivateandpublicsector organisations globallytackling their tougheststrategic supply chainchallenges workingacross sectors such asconsumer products food and beveragepharmaceuticalsthe NHSand other government organisations.

Weve worked on some of the most exciting global supply chainplanningprojects includingbeing the partner of choice for the biggest digital planning transformation in consumer goods of the past decade helping a food and beverage organisation digitally transform how they manage their supply chainand inventoryand designing and implementing technology-enabledbusinesstransformationinitiatives.

What you will be doing

• Working in client delivery teams to solve our clientsmost challenging supply chain withbroader transformationprogrammesthatcould include everything from strategy and design through to implementation typically within the following subjectareas;
  • Planning:sales and operationsplanning (S&OP)design and implementationinventorymanagementdemandand supply planning process redesign implementation
  • Digitalplanning transformation:we work collaboratively with software providers and system integrators to deliver business-led technology enabled transformation
    
• Youllbe part of a cohort of supply chain experts who are constantly improving their knowledge by staying on the pulse of the latest industry developments.Developingindustry knowledge meanswerealways on the front-foot to bring the latest most relevant solutions to our clients.

Your skills and experience

Werelooking for people thathaveexperience withinasupply chain andplanningsetting preferably with industryandconsultingexperienceand have2-3of the below criteria.

• Management consulting experience preferably in products and services (consumer goods food and beverage pharmaceuticals) 3-5 years

• Industry experience in a supply chain planning role 3-5 years

• Supply chain data and analyticsproficiency includingthe ability to complete technical and complex excel analysis and using visualisation tools

• Knowledge of existing supply chain digital landscape including ERPandplanning systemswith experience of design developmentimplementationor the operational responsibility of running those systems
• Contribution to the development of strategic decisions within a transformation context including the development of business cases andBoard papers
• An existing industry network ecosystem that includes peers cross-industry stakeholders (such as technology providerssystem integrators) andextended network relationships with existing orprevioussuppliers or customers
• Has a point of view that could be developed into market-facing collateral on key industry themes such as the development of AI within supply chainplanning
