Were looking for an IT Support Technician to join our IT Team and play a key role in being responsible for delivering advanced technical support to ensure the efficient resolution of IT issues for internal and external users. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware software and network-related problems as well as providing support for IT infrastructure system administration and security.
You will play a key role in maintaining the stability and performance of the IT environment by identifying trends in recurring issues implementing solutions and collaborating on key improvement projects. You will also work closely with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure continuity of service.
In this position staying updated on emerging technologies is essential as you will be involved in implementing new tools and processes to optimize IT operations. A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong communication skills are required to ensure end-user satisfaction and seamless IT operations.
This role is based in either the Peterborough or Halifax office with occasional opportunities to work on key infrastructure and network projects.
