About the Role
The IT Technician will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the schools IT systems ensuring technology is reliable secure and effectively supports learning. You will work closely with staff and students to provide technical assistance and support the smooth operation of all digital resources.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing first-line technical support to staff and students.
Installing configuring and maintaining computers laptops and classroom technology.
Troubleshooting hardware software and network issues.
Supporting the school network printers and AV equipment.

Maintaining accurate records of support requests and system updates.
Supporting the integration of new digital tools and software into classrooms.
Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience in IT support technician or helpdesk roles.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
