An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join a highly regarded Michelin Guide-listed 3 AA Rosette restaurant set in the Oxfordshire countryside.
This is a kitchen with a long-standing reputation for refined British and French-influenced cooking where precision seasonality and technique are at the core of everything delivered. With ambitions to push further the team are focused on consistency creativity and developing talent within a structured high-level environment.
The Role
You will take ownership of the pastry section working closely with the senior team to deliver desserts and pastry elements to Rosette-level standards.
You will:
- Run the pastry section across prep and service
- Produce refined plated desserts breads petit fours and seasonal pastry elements
- Contribute to seasonal menu development with creative input
- Maintain exceptional standards of organisation cleanliness and mise en place
- Ensure consistency and precision during busy services
- Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive brigade culture
This is a role suited to a chef looking to refine their pastry skills within a high-level structured kitchen.
The Kitchen
- Michelin Guide-listed restaurant
- 3 AA Rosette standard
- Refined British cuisine with French influence
- Seasonal ingredient-led menus
- Up to 90 covers with additional terrace dining and events
- Strong focus on training progression and consistency
The Package
- Up to 34000 base salary
- Tronc / tips on top
- 45 hours per week over 4.5 days
- Live-in accommodation available (75 per week)
- 28 days holiday (increasing with service)

The Ideal Candidate
- Currently a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Pastry Chef
- Experience within Rosette or Michelin Guide kitchens preferred
- Strong grounding in classical pastry with a modern approach
- Detail-driven with high standards of presentation and consistency
- Calm organised and reliable in service
- Passionate about seasonal ingredients and refined desserts
- Looking to progress within a high-level kitchen environment
