An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie to join one of Northamptonshires most prestigious country house hotels operating at 4 Red Star and 3 AA Rosette level.
Set within a Grade I-listed property the hotel offers refined dining across a 3 Rosette fine dining restaurant and a relaxed brasserie alongside weddings private events and afternoon teas.
This is a key role within the kitchen focused on leading pastry output across multiple outlets while maintaining consistency at Rosette standard.
The Role
As Senior Pastry Chef de Partie you will take a leading role within the pastry section working closely with the senior team to deliver a refined and consistent offering.
You will:
- Run the pastry section across prep and service
- Produce high-quality plated desserts breads pastries and petit fours
- Support the development of seasonal dessert menus
- Maintain strong organisation prep standards and mise en place
- Ensure consistency and presentation across all services
- Assist in training and supporting junior chefs within the section
- Work collaboratively across the brigade to deliver a seamless service

The Package
- 35000 base salary tips/service charge
- 48-hour contract (10-hour shifts)
- Typically 5 days on 2 days off (weekday focus)
- Live-in accommodation available (75 per week all-inclusive)
- 28 days holiday

The Ideal Candidate
- Current Pastry Chef de Partie or Senior CDP level
- Experience within 23 AA Rosette or fine-dining kitchens
- Strong technical pastry skills and attention to detail
- Confident running a section independently
- Calm organised and reliable in service
- Passionate about refined desserts and seasonal produce
- Positive team-focused approach
